The Role

As Account Director you will be driving a well-established Client Services team as well as heading up high profile client accounts and relationships. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the team and project, ensuring everyone is motivated and directed in their role, as well as engaging the client and providing creative solutions for problems and developing the relationship to become a close and trusted partnership. You will provide commercial and strategic input to the senior management team at the agency, identifying opportunity to expand client relationships and deliver further exceptional creative work. You will be expected to bring innovative branding ideas and deliver fantastic creative using the talented individuals around you.

The Person

You will have at least 5-6 years account management experience from another ambitious, fast paced international agency.  You will be an adept multi-tasker and established leader with phenomenal client relationship skills and expertise. You will be an astute and solutions focussed person who has a commercial and strategic mind as well as a love of all things branding. You desire a challenging, exciting and rewarding role that will allow you to flex your creative and problem solving muscles. Ideally you will have worked for another reputable packaging agency on consumer brands and be able to work as part of a team as well as demonstrate a strong sense of autonomy in your role.
