Client Services Director.

Based in delightful offices in central London, this team of passionate and ambitious individuals cover a range of capabilities from industrial design, strategy and insight, brand communications and user experience.
This is a pivotal role where you will be leading the Client Services team ensuring the delivery of exceptional design projects on time and within budget. Working closely with the Client Managers, you will be leading and developing account relationships whilst applying strategic and operational insights in order to achieve creative excellence. You will present professionally, practice holistic thinking and make effective decisions on project and time investments whilst also competently managing the client services team and working collaboratively with the creative team. You will constantly strive for improvement and proactively seek and respond to client feedback as well as cultivate new work streams for the account.
You will ideally have at least 7 years relevant senior account management/Client Services Director experience working within another reputable and high performing creative design environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to grow are essential – you can’t be afraid of taking on more responsibility here! You must have a solid understanding of the commercial design process. Meticulous attention to detail and incredible time management skills are also a must, along with the ability to seamless multi-task various projects, never once faltering in your dedication and enthusiasm to the work.
