Independent & international creative brand design agency & branding agency with studios in London, Yorkshire, Chicago and Hong Kong. They work with a range of organisations ranging from start-ups to global companies, and have a strong track record of working on complex but fascinating projects.
This senior strategy role reports into the Managing Director, and needs a brilliant freelance strategist who can help develop this leading studio network. You will lead the development and communication of innovative and effective brand strategies; from positioning, communications and activation, to messaging, naming and employee engagement. Creative flair and unlocking the power of words and ideas is essential to this role, as well as top presentation skills at C-suite level.
You will need to absorb and synthesise complex information, linking business and brand strategy and inspiring others to generate ideas on exciting global projects. You will lead the brand strategy process both internally and externally, maintaining the highest standards of output to deliver to clients, as well as providing mentoring to creative and client teams.
You will ideally have between 8-10 years senior brand strategy experience from other branding and design agencies in FMCG and Consumer sectors. The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive the continued improvement of strategic brand solutions, work with the management team to develop new ways of thinking, be a natural communicator with clients – able to sell the ‘big ideas’ and independently manage projects. Being commercially astute, identifying new revenue opportunities and delivering inspiring presentations and workshops to senior or board level clients are a must in this role.
