CONSUMER, BRISTOL An ambitious design and strategy agency are looking for a dedicated and talented Senior Account Manager with exceptional communication skills.They are partner to some of the world’s biggest FMCG brands and a really impressive client list!

The Role

This role, based in Bristol will be working for an ambitious Client Services Team.  You will be managing projects from start to finish and will need at least 4 years + experience from another high performing agency. The role will focus on a major drinks client, and experience of alcohol brands, either client or agency side are desired. You will be acting as first point of contact for the client and developing creative plans and inspiring briefs. You should be able to work well with strategy and design leads to shape creative briefs. Lead, co-ordinate and manage multiple clients, agency partners and suppliers (often in other countries). You also need to represent the agency with sharp pitches and presentations,and offering creative and strategic advice. You will work very closely with the Account Director ensuring quality and delivery of work to deadlines.

The Person

A fantastic communicator, you need to be commercial savvy, have great skills in dealing with both teams internally, and external clients. You will be managing large, often complex groups, so you need to be diplomatic, have a passion for brands and show that you can be a great team player. Attention to detail, and an ability to multi-task are essential. Travel on the continent may be required.
