The Role

In this role you will leading client projects and be managing junior members of the strategy team.  You will assist with building brand strategies and concepts, including but not limited to positioning, messaging, naming, portfolio strategy and employee engagement.  Working with Strategy, Creative Directors and Client Directors as well as supporting the Executive Strategy Director on team supervision and communications. In addition you will help develop the agency as a thought leader, through sharing expertise in white papers, press articles and blogs.

The Person

You will have around 7-10 years experience in a similar role on either agency or client side marketing, with solid experience in buiiding brands. You should be able to demonstrate a breadth of leadership skills and the ability to grow client business in another agency environment. Educated to degree level or higher.

Having strong speaking and writing skills leading teams and presenting and discussing strategic issues with senior clients are all essentials for this role. You need solve creative problems at a pace when the pressure. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark at a relatively new agency
