The Role

As a Account Director you will be pulling together proposals, estimates, schedules and briefs whilst also getting involved with the bigger picture – strategic planning, creative brainstorming and research.  You will quickly need to understand the client brief, demonstrate passion and commitment to the brand and display exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.  Driving project processes and key relationships – keeping the project to tight deadlines, managing complex tasks with little guidance and responding to urgent situations will skill and diplomacy – will be core to the role.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience working in a similar, client facing role ideally within another leading design agency.  You will be an astute and solutions focussed person who has impeccable communication skills and a solid understanding of brand strategy. You will have exposure to brand creation, identity and reinvention projects and be able to work using your own initiative and self-motivation skills
