The Role

As Account Director, you will be an important member of our team, leading client relationships and projects on some of our key accounts. You will need to demonstrate excellent account direction skills and have a strong track record of managing large brand and packaging design projects from brief through to implementation, including experience of pitching to win new business. As well as having a strategic approach to achieving our clients’ objectives, you must also understand the practical implications of delivering brand communications across the services we provide – in particular brand identity, packaging, digital and film.

You will be leading large FMCG /pharma brand identity and implementation programmes and strategic portfolio packaging harmonisation projects, so experience is key. Brand activation experience preferable (Campaigns, film and digital for example).

The Person

You should be driven to excel, professional, confident and calm under pressure and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and internal team members. It’s essential that you are comfortable managing big budget projects, including client negotiation and effective forecasting.
