The role involves the management of client work from briefings through to project delivery, supporting the client team on key planning elements across innovation, positioning and insight projects. Project administrative skills ensuring excellent quality of outputs and the commercial effectiveness of the work; timelines and invoicing.To be proactive in identifying incremental streams of activity and project revenues within existing client relationships. Helping to organise monthly client review meetings to discuss progress.Contribute to the development of and delivery of pitches and proposals for new business opportunities.Keep in touch with new issues, developments and trends that affect our clients, their products and marketplaces. Help create enjoyable ways of working and positive, efficient interactions between team members.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in brands and the issues our clients face, to be able to support the client team in helping prepare compelling presentations and documents. You probably have around 3-4 years’ experience working in the creative industry across insight, brand strategy or creative management.
