A medium sized strategic branding an design company who specialise in packaging and with a range of multinational clients across Scandinavia, Portugal and the UK.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for seeking new client opportunities for brands and gain an in-depth knowledge of the business in order to approach clients with confidence and authority and develop meaningful and revenue generating relationships.  You will lead new business strategies and initiatives from start to finish, research perspective clients, craft approaches and secure meetings.  Alongside the business development work, you will keep abreast of competitors within the market, keep well networked within your field and support PR efforts. You will be part of a small client servicing / development team and will report to the Head of Business Development.

The Person

You will ideally have several years’ creative industry experience either in business development, sales or lead generation.  You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and demonstrate a strong sense of self-motivation, commitment and responsibility.  You will have be articulate with excellent phone manner and able to craft well written emails and develop client relationships remotely. Being an agency ambassador, you will need to be professional yet approachable, work with integrity and exude confidence and competence.  You will need to fit into this collaborative studio team.
