The Role

In this role you will be responsible for seeking new client opportunities for global FMCG brands. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of the business in order to approach clients with confidence and authority and develop meaningful and revenue generating relationships.  You will lead new business strategies and initiatives from start to finish, research perspective clients, craft approaches and secure meetings as well as support the development of proposals and pitches and contribute to lead generation.  Alongside the business development work, you will keep abreast of competitors within the market, keep well networked within your field and support PR efforts.

The Person

You will ideally have several years’ creative industry experience either in business development, sales or lead generation and also have gained familiarity with the FMCG market.  You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and demonstrate a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.  You will have exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent to attune your communication style as appropriate. You will need to have a dynamic presentation style and able to effectively voice your thoughts and ideas clearly.  Being an agency ambassador, you will need to be professional yet approachable, work with integrity and exude confidence and competence.  You must be commercially astute and be able to contribute ideas and find solutions.  You will need to fit into this collaborative studio team – this is a happy, open and honest working environment.
