The Role

You will be well versed in crafting compelling stories that make the link between business and brand strategy and show how design can help to deliver this. You will be driving impactful partnerships with clients that adds value to their business and support the ambitions of the agency and lead projects from start to finish – putting high quality strategic thinking at the heart of everything. You will be expected to extract insights from complex research and data, identifying the implications and ideas for brand growth and spot opportunities for new projects and added revenue from existing clients and convert these into projects. Its important to facilitate and inspire others in generating ideas, leading the creative process internally and externally and work across teams & geographies to lead joined up global projects and maintaining the highest standards of output from intellectual content to confidently delivering presentations to senior client audiences is a must.

The Person

We need an experienced Senior Strategist, someone who has worked on some outstanding briefs in the industry, ideally across all sectors. You will be tenacious, passionate, and open to ideas, and be excited at the prospect of pushing strategic design in new directions, able to work collaboratively, encourage flair and enjoy what we do.
