A boutique brand and design agency that specialises in luxury and craft brands across food and drink, beauty and lifestyle. Since its inception in 2009, it has doubled in size and its forty-strong team now operate from stunning new designs studio in Central London.

The Role

You will be taking responsibility for the development of proposals, management of budgets, revenue prediction, timings and general management of a number of our strategic and design projects and initiatives. The role will have a collaborative nature as you build a sense of team and ensure consultants and designers are clear on project requirements and involved at the right time. You must ensure the smooth running of projects and requirements are anticipated ahead of time right from the start to final execution and communicate confidently with clients. You’ll be developing clear, simple and inspiring briefs and meeting reports as well as spotting new business initiatives, with existing and new clients and support in the delivery of these initiatives.

The Person

You will have 3-5 years of experience of working in a branding agency, capable of taking ownership for multiple complex projects and the ability to collaborate and motivate others as well as confidently build lasting relationships with clients.
