The Role

You will lead the strategic process on allocated corporate accounts, bring rigor to the strategic thinking and demonstrate technical strategy skills such as qualitative insight research planning, familiarity with design-thinking processes, research moderation and workshop facilitation skills. You will ensure that strategy is a valued revenue centre within the agency and help to enhance the proprietary strategic tools, models and processes, displaying a strong understanding of how branding, innovation and strategy work in a broader context – from consumer insight to design to language to business outcomes.  You must demonstrate a strategic understanding across a number of disciplines – brand positioning, brand identity, communications, innovation, naming, brand architecture,tone of voice, etc. You will play a key role in developing rigorous and inspiring creative strategy recommendations that address your client’s business and brand experience goals.

The Person

You are pragmatic, yet imaginative, articulate but a quick thinker. You must have at least 5+ years’ experience as an accomplished strategist, with a proven track record in creating and implementing transformational branding solutions, and determined to boldly create the next generation of icons. You demonstrate leadership and relationship skills and have a team player attitude in leading and participating in highly effective and collaborative environments
