New Business Manager

The Role

The role will report into the General Manager and will help shape and activate the London business development /prospecting plan. It will span across active prospecting, and developing sales- orientated marketing initiatives as well as creating stand out proposals and responding to inbound RFP’s. Credibility at a senior level and proven ability to build strong and effective relationships at all levels is essential. You will also lead award entries, ensuring case studies are created and up to date and support in sourcing, curating and sharing content.  The role will entail a significant degree of organizational and administrative project management.

The Person

This person is likely to have had minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles, will be a self-starter with a proven track record of developing and converting prospects and personable and comfortable working in support of and alongside different stakeholders within the agency.  You will need to have a  good blend of initiative and creativity in your thinking, be results driven whilst flexible to changing priorities and have the ability to master and manage the detail of demanding submissions and the administration of the new business and marketing efforts.
