The Role

You will lead the strategic process on allocated accounts, bring rigor to our strategic thinking and ensure it supports our creative products. You will ensure that strategy is a valued revenue centre within the agency and help to enhance the proprietary strategic tools, models and processes. You must demonstrate a strategic understanding across a number of disciplines – brand positioning, brand identity, packaging, communications, shopper marketing, innovation, naming, brand architecture,tone of voice, etc. The role involves building valued client relationships with senior client teams as well as keeping your ear to the ground to hear of potential new opportunities.

The Person

You have outstanding strategic capabilities and client servicing skills, with an exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You have the ability to work in a frenetic, fast paced environment showing flexibility whilst being responsive to your team. You must have at least 5-7 years’ experience as a strategist and determined to make yourself available to all facets of the business and to offer help to ensure the smooth running of the agency.
