The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about people and excited by the world of branding and design. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and play a key role in the continued growth of Clare Persey Recruitment.

Client Relationships

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while developing new client partnerships across corporate and consumer branding

Act as more than a recruiter — a talent coach and business consultant, supporting clients to drive change and transformation

Visit clients to build strong, lasting relationships

Develop a deep understanding of clients’ culture, environment and hiring needs to ensure accurate and thoughtful matches

Confidently guide and advise clients on expectations and talent availability

Provide market insight on salaries, career progression and hiring trends

Negotiate salaries and finalise offers between clients and candidates

Increase brand awareness of Clare Persey Recruitment within the market

Take ownership of roles end-to-end, delivering exceptional hiring outcomes for clients
Candidate Relationships

Build strong rapport with candidates and become a trusted advisor throughout their career journey

Source and engage top talent using a range of tools and platforms

Effectively use LinkedIn and your network to connect with outstanding candidates within branding, packaging and related disciplines

Screen candidates thoroughly via phone and in person to ensure alignment with client briefs

Actively headhunt candidates for roles

Prepare candidates for interviews and provide post-interview feedback and support

Offer meaningful career advice — we aim to be long-term career partners, not just job matchers
