Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ownership and the smooth running of projects from briefing to completion
• Owning the upfront project planning to create final Scopes of work, associated budgets in Excel, resourcing plans, project timelines based on key activities.
• Responsible for project finances including budget control, tracking income weekly as well as day to day financial management such as raising PO’s, job numbers and invoicing.
• Ensure and support a high level of quality control for the project team.
• Maintain a sufficient overview of the project and the project team.
