Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Leads in the day-to-day leading, delivery, and growth of your account, supporting with writing and preparing briefs, ensure the project is priced effectively and work collaboratively with Project Managers, Project Leads, and Client Leads.
  • Brief and track development of the creative work and ensure that the integrity of the design and creative strategy is upheld.
  • With guidance and support, you will build a deep, strategic understanding of your clients’ businesses, brands and people as well as the competitive landscape they operate within.
  • Offer support in identifying areas for our creative and strategic thinking to add value and converting these opportunities into projects that are both creatively and commercially lucrative.
  • Demonstrate persuasive and articulate communication skills when discussing aspects of your account and projects with clients, leaning on your Client Lead for support with discussions from brand strategy to effective pricing, problem solving and creative delivery.
