Key responsibilities:

  • lead and manage branding projects from kick off to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and fostering strong and trusted relationships.
  • understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to effectively strategize and deliver solutions
  • anticipate client needs, provide proactive recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction
  • develop comprehensive account plans, including objectives, strategies, and tactics, to achieve client goals and drive business growth.

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years in Account Management successfully leading client projects in a branding agency
  • experience working with global clients or someone who has an international mindset and can adapt style to varying cultures
  • a passion for branding, brand identity design, creativity, and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team
