Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor projects on a day-to-day basis
  • Establish and build strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure daily client communication, collaboration and resolution
  • Juggle multiple clients and projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Review deliverables to make sure the work meets client requirements
  • Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
  • Participate in client meetings, and present work along with the creative lead
  • Develop proposals and scope of work documents
  • Involve creative and production leads on proposal development
  • Plan projects to meet goals within constraints (time, cost and material)
  • Create detailed project timelines identifying key milestones for all stakeholders
  • Efficiently manage challenges due to scope-creep, changed requirements, missed deadlines etc. with the assistance of key stakeholders
  • Provide input for scheduling internal and external resources
  • Document client feedback and effectively communicate back to the team. Gain alignment with client and internal team before proceeding
  • Resolve conflicts in a positive way addressing issues and contributing solutions

Key skills:

  • 4-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced print-focused creative environment
  • Managing packaging project experience is a must
  • Quick to absorb and analyse large amounts of information
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, creative, approachable, outgoing and diplomatic
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing
  • Skilled at listening, negotiation, presenting and motivating others
  • Mac literate – Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus
  • Comfortable working as part of a team in a communal atmosphere
  • Knowledge of creative development and printing processes
  • Aware of current brands and commercial trends especially as they relate to design and packaging development
  • Ability to travel for non-local clients
