Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Leads in the day-to-day leading, delivery, and growth of your account.
  • writing and preparing briefs, ensure the project is priced effectively and work collaboratively.
  • brief and track development of the creative work and ensure that the integrity of the design and creative strategy is upheld.
  • build a deep, strategic understanding of your clients’ businesses, brands and people as well as the competitive landscape they operate within.
  • offer support in identifying areas for our creative and strategic thinking to add value and converting these opportunities into projects that are both creatively and commercially lucrative.
  • demonstrate persuasive and articulate communication skills when discussing aspects of your account and projects with clients.

Key Skills:

  • previous experience working in an agency environment in an account management / client services role and confident in liaising with clients.
  • strong experience in running projects independently (while working with an AD/Client Lead), experience with status sheets, running client meetings, capturing feedback, writing development briefs, proposals, and working with creative.
  • must be willing to travel to Bristol regularly if based in London
