Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor projects on a day-to-day basis.
- Establish and build strong relationships with clients.
- Juggle multiple clients and projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Review deliverables to make sure the work meets client requirements and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Participate in client meetings, and present work along with the creative lead, develop proposals and scope of work documents.
- Involve creative and production leads on proposal development & plan projects to meet goals within constraints (time, cost and material)
- Create detailed project timelines identifying key milestones for all stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage challenges due to scope-creep, changed requirements, missed deadlines etc. with the assistance of key stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- +3 years experience working at a branding agency with a specialisim in packaging design and Consumer clients covering food and drink, personal care/hair-care.
- A strategic thinker, with a passion for brands and an ability to put yourself in the client’s shoes to think about what’s the best solution for their brand.
- Proactive and solutions focused, able to pre-empt challenges, suggest appropriate solutions and be continually adaptable.
