Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing long-term client relationships with effective communication, problem solving and ensuring that the agency meets the needs of clients.
  • End-to-end project management from insights, taking client briefs through to delivery. Including taking and interrogating client briefs, quoting, critical path development, liaison with internal creative teams and presenting/pitching creative work.
  • The development of compelling and engaging proposals in response to client briefs, adding value through research, strategic insight and innovative solutions.
  • Independently assessing creative work for merit, checking all outputs adhere to brand guidelines, proofing, and providing constructive and clear feedback to designers.
  • Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
  • Managing the work, performance and professional development of the team members working on your accounts as required e.g. Account Managers & Account Executives.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in client-facing agency or in-house marketing roles.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with proven track record of delivery.
  • Used to managing and briefing designers, liaising with multiple stakeholders and having autonomy over client project plans.
  • In-depth understanding and experience of successful brand development / strategy / management.
  • A persuasive and accomplished communicator with ability to build client relationships at all levels and resolve challenging situations in a professional and personable manner.
  • An accomplished presenter who is confident selling/pitching work to clients.
  • Commercially and creatively astute. Able to spot opportunities to grow your accounts and client portfolio.
