Key Responsibilities:
- Play an integral part in various project teams across different industry sectors, including Fast Moving Consumer Goods, B2B, Healthcare, and Hospitality, working across a range of client portfolios and briefs to deliver on the end-to-end creative, from concept through to the final design.
- Develop designs in line with the client brief and alongside the guidance of the Design Director and/or Creative Director on the project, conceptualising various routes to produce exceptional creative work.
- Take responsibility of reviewing quality assurance and design specifications over the course of a project
- Based on client briefs, you will source, create, and research assets relevant to the work, including image searching, designing bespoke visuals, and overseeing photography briefs
- Lead the creative delivery on client projects and work together with a team of middleweight and junior designers, supporting them throughout a project.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working in a similar agency environment at a Senior Designer or Junior Design Director level.
- Worked on both digital and print focused client briefs and are aware of best practices across both mediums.
- Experience working on the design for brands of all sizes, from global corporations through to start ups.
- Strong experience (at least 4-6 years) in creating packaging design, brand identities and digital activations.
