Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative concepts that drive brand engagement and growth in the real estate sector. You will collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and other team members to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with the clients’ brand vision and objectives.
  • Concept Development: Work on the creation of innovative design concepts that effectively communicate the brand’s message and resonate with the target audience.
  • Design Execution: Produce high-quality visual designs for various mediums, including digital, print, and environmental graphics.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design projects, ensuring consistency and quality in every deliverable.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Key Skills: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional design experience, in a brand agency or similar environment with a focus on property.
  • Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, digital, print, and environmental graphics.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, and other relevant tools.
  • Creativity: Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and team members.
