Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Marketing Director to implement the business development and marketing strategy
  • Researching, anticipating and developing a thorough understanding of the agency’s target sectors and potential prospects.
  • In conjunction with the Marketing Director help coordinate thought pieces for mailers, and tailored approaches for meetings and pitches.
  • Monitoring marketing/sales performance against budget forecast, preparation and production of monthly new business reports, Meetings generated (new and existing), Proposals generated/pitches undertaken, Mailer/direct marketing activity and response, Quarterly forecast updates to present to Board.
  • Identifying and setting new business meetings in identified sectors.
  • Managing Sharp Spring our in-house CRM, including adhoc mailers to targeted prospects.
  • Coordinating social media marketing initiatives across LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Maintaining an up to date website – including case study updates and blogs.
  • Developing and maintaining up to date marketing collateral and designed case studies.
  • Developing and tracking new business leads, meetings, proposals and wins.
