This role requires proven experience in social media / digital marketing, business development, client and account management, managing a team and ideally, experience in property marketing.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Client/Account management, understand best practises and implement the project foundations for the Social Media Managers (SMMs) to follow on from and deliver projects and campaigns.
  • Support the SMMs on client calls and in meetings, from time to time, adding senior experience and assurance as needed.
  • Sales/New Business: Work with the wider sales team to generate new business, including generating leads through networking and marketing activity. Converting leads delivered by the Group Sales team, and working on pitch documents and presenting them to potential clients. Forging and maintaining relationships with potential clients by email and phone.
  • Team management and resourcing: Manage resource within the team, including searching and managing the hire of new team members.
  • Hold weekly meetings with the team of SMMs (Social Media Manager’s) to review account/project progress.
  • Lead on strategy for organic and paid social media marketing and ensure a consistently high output of work from all team members.
  • Lead on film projects with SMM support. This may include hiring external production/film support, liaising with the client to ensure correct messaging and high-quality end product.
