Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising sessions to brief key players, and on smaller projects personally leading the meeting. In both instances ensuring you are sharing a thoughtful, well interrogated and actionable brief.
  • Projects delivered on time, on budget and on brief that are creative and effective. Work collaboratively with the project team from strategy through to delivery.
  • Timely sharing project information with colleagues. You are a master at briefing, de-briefing and effective handovers.
  • Effectively communicating with all stakeholders throughout the life of the project to ensure it stays on track and ultimately achieves success.
  • Planning key stages of projects and preparing critical time paths to ensure work is delivered on time.
  • Working alongside the design team to ensure the creative solution meets the client brief.
  • Working with the Design and Realisation Teams, and suppliers, to make sure the back end execution delivers on the creative intent.
  • Demonstrating ongoing effectiveness of projects, agreeing appropriate measures with the Client Partner. Be able to feed into design effectiveness discussions at any stage during the project.
  • Ongoing collection of data following the launch to identify potential design effectiveness entries.
  • Attending client meetings, presentations and internal meetings to accurately record discussions, creating clear action points.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrate that you are diligent and organised and have a clear understanding of the value in best practice.
  • A self starter, motivated with a knack for problem solving.
  • Good financial management skills.
  • Experience of project and account management in a branding agency or similar environment (2+ years).
