Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead key client accounts independently and manage a team around you to support on client accounts.
  • Happy getting stuck right into the details of delivery, as well as overseeing and empowering other members of the team to do the same.
  • Internally, you will be the linchpin between commercials, creative and clients, and will make effective and timely decisions to balance changing priorities, adapt and problem solve ahead of time. You’ll also act as a sounding board to help others do the same.
  • Externally, you will get to know your clients, their business and industry, to be a fully informed and trusted partner to lean on.
  • You’ll drive the relationship forward, always seeking out new opportunities to support them in achieving their ambitions, maximising value throughout a project lifecycle.
  • You will need to be comfortable managing senior stakeholder groups and leading challenging discussions, generally feeling comfortable with the uncomfortable and happy to seek guidance as needed.
