Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of all aspects of the day-to-day delivery of the program of work related to your designated account.
- You are the client’s day-to-day contact and integral to leading the full end-to-end delivery, ensuring that all work is on brand, budget and timings – working into the Client Lead.
- Building positive relationships of trust and confidence with clients and collaborators. By anticipating challenges with a proactive solutions first mindset, no challenge is too big. Working closely with creative and strategy and orchestrate the right teams at the right time.
- Delivering exceptional briefs, interpreting and reframing the client’s needs and presenting these with clarity and in harmony with your project plan and team needs.
- Engage and efficiently manage the team and resource around you. With a commercial first and live mindset you excel at live forecast, at carefully crafted resource plans with the right capabilities and to budget and ensuring your brands/projects are running efficiently to recoverability with solutions to course correct any challenges. You are highly skilled at crafting roadmaps and scopes and can pivot these as the project evolves to ensure that we are on brand, on budget and to timings and manage scope creep solutions.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 yrs experience from a similar FMCG / branding agency
- A strong communicator with impeccable organisation skills.
- Diligent and organised, with exceptional attention to detail and understand the value in best practice.
- Skilled at listening, negotiation, presenting and motivating others.
