Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ownership and the smooth running of projects from briefing to completion
- Owning the upfront project planning to create final scopes of work, associated budgets in Excel, resourcing plans, project timelines based on key activities.
- Responsible for project finances including budget control, tracking income weekly as well as day to day financial management such as raising job numbers and invoicing.
- Ensure and support a high level of quality control for the project team.
- Maintain a sufficient overview of the project and the project team.
Key Skills:
- 3 years experience with one of the leading brand, innovation or transformation agencies and would have worked across either brand strategy, change management or employer brand
- A positive, proactive personality with spirit and drive
- A self-starter
- A good communicator; verbal and written, organised and efficient
- A meticulous eye and love for the detail
