 Key Responsibilities:

Traffic & Resourcing:
● Running weekly WIP meetings for upcoming traffic & resourcing requirements with Project Managers and Studio Teams
● Working with the creative + PM teams to resource at the right level and to deliver against deadlines
● Managing regular check-ins to ensure workstreams are managed efficiently and effectively and in line with the agreed studio time planner/schedule
● Reporting on and proactively managing all freelance resource requirements and budget
● Alongside the senior creative team, developing our talent pool across design, artwork and digital.

Studio Management:
● IT & Subscriptions management
● Image & font purchasing
● Credit Card purchase tracking
● Maintaining and updating all studio documentation (purchase logs, IT equipment logs/passwords etc)
● Managing freelance resources – tracking freelance bookings, checking timesheets & invoices
● General HR duties – managing new staff & freelancer onboarding, logging absences & holiday requests
● Point of contact for building managers and all suppliers related to the studio (I.T support, cleaners, waste management, couriers etc)
● In charge of office improvements such as decoration and furniture etc.
● Ensuring office assistant keeps front and back of house is kept tidy and presentable
● Line-manager for Office Manager (Tues and Thurs)

● Thorough understanding of creative workflow from brief through to delivery

● A skilled multi-tasker you quickly identify and troubleshoot/ prioritise key issues/ work

● Effortlessly organised and an obsessive timekeeper

● Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
