Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Partner team as a leader and connector in the business to nurture and grow client relationships. This role is one of day to day brand leadership and direction on creative projects of scale as well as the detailed day to day delivery mindset. This senior role therefore is one of scale and flex within Prophet depending on the project need.
- Client relationship management and development
- With Partner team, provide direction to day to day team
- To Lead and manage day-to-day aspects of client relationships as a strong representative of the agency
- With Partner team be additional trusted go to and ultimately advisor for client, seeking to influence and help expose clients to full service offer of the agency where possible
Project management and delivery – where project management support is not available
- Oversee day to day delivery against workstreams scope and objectives
- On projects, act as a bridge between strategy & specialists to ensure client objectives are realised
- Ensure Partner teams are regularly updated on workstream developments and implement escalation/intervention where required
- Manage timelines and deliverables
- Manage production processes and project management-related activities to act as support for creative delivery team
- Develop and manage professional relationships with external vendors where needed
- Assure quality control in client deliverables and interactions
New business development
- A natural appetite and aptitude for developing client relationships and seeking new opportunities
- Experienced and confident pitcher ultimately across broad range of RFPs
- With Partner team, active contributor to RFP approach for brand creation, culture, digital, campaign and activation work streams
Commercial responsibilities
- Often key support role on new business pursuits and projects
- With Partner team, jointly responsible for managing margin change over the course of the relationships
- Close working relationship with finance resource across all aspects of the financial project journey – escalating intervention where required
- Regular assessment and adjustment of resource allocation
- Oversee invoicing across clients and vendors
Team
- A calm and confident team lead comfortable with multi workstream client relationships
- Input into project reviews – either as contributor or author
- Responsible for setting project team cadence to ensure project clarity of role throughout project
Comfortable with robust conversations and managing conflict
Key Skills:
- Significant experience, 8-10 years, across the brand transformation sector from brand creation/culture/campaign etc ideally with a leading brand consultancy or advertising agency
- Familiarity with brand transformation strategic approach sufficient as to represent and input
- Comprehensive understanding of creative methodologies, user-experience/interface design, information design, and corporate identity/branding
- Seasoned project management capabilities and client relationship management skills
