Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to 4 Client Directors and part of a 11 people Client Services team.
  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust, quality thinking, effective creative solutions, timely delivery and the best possible client servicing at all times.
  • Direct and manage small to medium projects.
  • Support ADs on larger projects and support team by pro-actively ensuring that clients & team have the information they need in a timely manner on all projects and/or phases of work they are running.
  • Help train and manage Account Executive.

Key Skills:

  • Experience: 2-3 years at a leading branding, design, or advertising agency. Experience in drinks or FMCG is essential.
  • Brimming with enthusiasm and energy and love to get stuck in.
  • Proactive and creative in supporting clients, working closely with the design team to keep projects in motion and on track.
  • Team Player – thrive in a team, ready to assist or lead when the time is right.
  • Confident Communicator who relishes clarity and are adept at expressing what’s most important.
