Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the strategy team on larger projects to translate strategic insights into compelling mood boards or territory boards.
- Create visual stimuli and actively engage in client workshops to foster collaboration and creativity.
- Manage all phases of the creative process, from initial concept through to implementation, working independently or as part of a team based on project size.
- Present your designs to clients, ensuring a well-articulated rationale supports each concept.
- Coordinate with the Implementation Manager to brief the artwork team, staying involved in the production process, including reviewing artwork and coordinating with photographers and illustrators.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional creative ability, consistently generating innovative design concepts.
- Strong presentation skills, effectively communicating ideas and designs to clients and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs in all aspects of design.
- Solid understanding of the print production process, with the ability to navigate it effectively.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a packaging design consultancy, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Proficient in FMCG food and drink packaging, with hands-on experience in creating compelling designs for the industry.
