Key Responsibilities:
- plan and act as account lead on projects spanning brand positioning, brand innovation, category development, portfolio planning and brand identity development.
- show an intuitive ability to ‘read’ brands and their role in consumers’ lives.
- demonstrate your accomplished skill in insight development and sensitivity to working with many and various segmentation techniques, and being able to synthesise implications and direction out of them, for positioning direction, innovation opportunities etc.
- show conceptual and creative ability, with a strong aptitude for crafting insights, positioning statements, and writing concepts
- be conversant in working with creative and visual tools and output, which we use to define brands and their positioning.
- handle at times conflicting workloads and deadlines and able to come up smiling.
- make a positive contribution to the spirit of a hard-working agency, but revels in enjoying the fun and the personalities here.
Key Skills:
- Have experience with leading multiple projects at any one time, and be able to balance workload and expectations.
- Demonstrate confidence with helping to coach junior team members.
- Have knowledge of working within a design-led agency environment and utilise experience built across a broad range of sectors.
- Be a big thinker, visionary, able to hold a room and have real gravitas to help shape the forward thinking vision of the agency and make the role your own.
