 Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, email, and social media.
  • Relationship Building: engage with all stakeholders and clients, discuss campaigns and projects confidently.
  • Content Creation & Management: Assist in the creation of marketing content, such as social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, product brochures, and website copy.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and update the company’s social media channels, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and tracking performance through analytics.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including content development, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to support marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and promote marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and product launches, including logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
  • Brand Support: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, content) to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a unified approach.

Key Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in Real Estate
  • You have an eagle-eye for detail, and can spot excellent CGI/Design work.
