Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive consultancy offer, including brand strategy, positioning, portfolio strategy & architecture, experience & innovation strategy, employee engagement and culture change – underpinned by deep consumer insight, analytical and commercial rigour
  • Establishing and growing large, profitable client relationships across B2B, B2C and not-for-profit clients by becoming their go-to advisor, well versed in brand strategy with the ability to talk to corporate strategy, analytics and growth as supporting skillsets
  • Leading projects from start to finish, holding your own and influencing the toughest of clients (including C-Suite)
  • Working flexibly: at times you’ll be the sole strategist on an account; at others you’ll be working alongside and helping to manage a senior strategist on the account (or overseeing them manage their own smaller projects); you’ll also be working with the rest of the team to consistently produce excellent work
  • Reporting directly into the Managing Director and working seamlessly with the creative teams to make sure all work feels unified and coherent from start to finish
  • Minimising the creative leaps that clients have to make by developing strategy that gets to the heart of the challenge – creating a story that it clear, credible and compelling

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years experience, ideally in a brand agency environment
  • Fluent in all aspects of business and brand strategy
  • Solid understanding of financial models, ROI measurement and brand value with the ability to set up and track KPIs
  • Proven ability to set up, run and analyse data from primary & secondary quant and qual research to uncover actionable insights
  • Ability to prepare clear, inspiring and persuasive points of view
  • Track record of creating best-in-class strategy that demonstrates clear ROI
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Someone who stays across current culture and social trends
  • A problem solver, who can provide fresh perspectives on projects
