 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ultimate responsibility for the project – be prepared to keep track on spend, resources and deadlines whilst motivating and inspiring your team to effect the best results.
  • Maintain strong and positive commercial relationships with clients by constantly delivering success stories.
  • Winning, developing and managing business with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure planning, budgeting, resourcing and delivering detailed project proposals.

Key Skills:

  • Must have branding and packaging experience, ideally luxury or premium brands.
  • Must be strategically fluent, great at client farming and confident at juggling multiple projects / brands at once ideally on a small to large project-by-project basis
  • An accomplished presenter who is confident selling/pitching work to clients with demonstrated experience from the property sector.
  • Commercially and creatively astute. Able to spot opportunities to grow your accounts and client portfolio.
