They partner with some of the world’s most prestigious brands, with work encompassing everything from strategy and naming to branding, print, digital, film, and art direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Central role in the studio, shaping agency growth through creative input, briefing designers, supporting pitches, and liaising with suppliers.

  • Act as the driving force behind client relationships — confident in client-facing duties and ensuring smooth project delivery.

  • Manage multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously, delivering on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Lead and support cost proposals, scopes, pitches, award submissions, and ongoing project planning.

  • Maintain full visibility of project status, timelines, risks, and next steps while setting realistic client expectations.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, web build, strategy), steering creativity and reviewing work against the brief.

  • Identify workflow or communication issues and propose effective solutions, drawing on proven branding-project experience.

  • Bring sector knowledge in real estate, hospitality, or luxury, plus an understanding of print processes and web development.

  • Experienced in a creative/branding/digital agency environment and confident working across multiple projects and accounts.

  • Proactive, resilient under pressure, and an enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Dedicated to quality — reviewing and approving deliverables to ensure they exceed expectations.

  • Logical, adaptable problem-solver who can adjust quickly to different client styles and fast-paced workflows.

  • Comfortable in a Mac-based studio with solid Microsoft Office skills and basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva.
