Key Responsibilities:

  • Your day-to-day will include converting and managing multiple workstreams ensuring they’re tracking to scope both creatively and commercially. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day project engagement related communication with clients, such as writing proposals, communicating meeting agendas, capturing actions and next steps, reporting project status and liaising on any variations to scopes and the implications this may have from a timing and cost perspective.
  • You are responsible for the financial health of your accounts, tracking spend, flagging scope creep, ensuring change orders are submitted and approved before additional work is carried out. Reporting to the Director of Client Partnerships on revenue, pipeline and general project/account health engagements.
  • You are responsible for converting and managing multiple workstreams and will work alongside your creative counterpart to create a commercially viable approach to client briefs. Writing proposals aligned with agreed approaches as discussed with your creative counterparts, ensuring a high level of detail, clarity and feasibility throughout.
  • You will support the wider Client Partnerships team in managing resource requirements within accounts and new engagements that you work across. Making sure they are communicated to the Studio Manager in a clear and timely manner.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of account and/or project management in a design/brand agency of around 2+ years.
  • An effective and collaborative communicator.
  • A roll your sleeves up, “can do” mindset.
