Key Responsibilities:

  • Beyond day-to-day project engagement related communication, you are responsible for day-to-day account and relationship related communication with clients such as trouble-shooting where needed and providing strategic support and direction within the relationship.
  • You will have strong presentation skills and the ability to steer discussions with team members and C-suite clients without much direction. You will be an integral part of growth efforts through the lens of relationship building. Connecting the dots across new and existing clients.
  • You are responsible for the financial health of your accounts, tracking spend, flagging scope creep, ensuring change orders are submitted and approved before additional work is carried out. Reporting to the Director of Client Partnerships on revenue, pipeline and general project/account health. engagements.
  • In partnership with the Creative Lead, you are responsible for delivering the sales strategy and client plan across specific accounts you are a part of. Reviewing and approving proposals from the CP team within accounts you are responsible for.
  • You will support the team where needed across inbound enquires such as New Business proposals, RFP’s and RFQ’s as well as actively working on outreach and outbound growth efforts. You will have a passion for Client Partnerships, supporting the team in their involvement on all live jobs within your accounts, as well as pitches and proposals. Leaning in to fill any gaps within your accounts particularly, whilst the team grows and changes shape.
  • You will support the wider Client Partnerships team in managing resource requirements within accounts and new engagements that you work across. Making sure they are communicated to the Studio Manager in a clear and timely manner.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of account and/or project management in a design/brand agency of around 4+ years.
  • An effective and collaborative communicator, able to connect with all stakeholders, both internal and external, quickly winning their trust and confidence.
  • A roll your sleeves up, “can do” mindset.
  • A voice of authority about our clients’ worlds.
  • Collaborative way of working and love for working with clients and other disciplines.
  • Amazing attention to detail and meticulously organised, able to manage multiple priorities and with a knack for problem solving.
  • Confident financial management skills.
