Key Responsibilities:
- You will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, and traditional channels. This is a highly strategic role that will require both creativity and analytical thinking to ensure the success of marketing efforts in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Strategy Development: Lead the creation of the annual marketing strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals and growth targets.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, events, email, and social media.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all touchpoints that accurately reflect our brand values and resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and ensure relevance in a competitive market.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and effective ROI tracking for all marketing initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management.
- Experience dealing with the marketing of Luxury Second Homes.
- Must have luxury real estate experience.
- Start ASAP until the end of January, possibly longer.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse group of marketing professionals.
