They work across a broad range of property sectors including industrial, residential, retail and office space as well as life sciences and place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities within the property sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to align client needs with the agency’s offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.
  • Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and attract new business.
  • Track and analyse new business performance metrics and report on progress to upper management.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of new projects to internal teams post-acquisition.

Key Skills: 

  • A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the design and property sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and market trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Confidence in presenting and pitching ideas to clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
