Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities within the property sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to align client needs with the agency’s offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.
- Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and attract new business.
- Track and analyse new business performance metrics and report on progress to upper management.
- Ensure a seamless handover of new projects to internal teams post-acquisition.
Key Skills:
- A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the design and property sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and market trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Confidence in presenting and pitching ideas to clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
