Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the re-design of the Home Category of a famous retailer, focused on packaging and SKUs.
- Develop design explorations and packaging concepts that align with the brand’s premium positioning.
- Create comprehensive packaging guidelines for consistent execution across multiple SKUs.
- Work closely with the agency to ensure the design direction is accurately implemented during the roll-out phase.
- Manage a complex portfolio of packaging designs with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in premium retail design, with a focus on packaging.
- Strong knowledge of packaging strategy, segmentation, and design architecture.
- Experience in creating and maintaining detailed packaging guidelines for large product ranges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design challenges while maintaining quality.
