Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful management of 3 to 4 core client programs, which could involve 8 to 15 projects at any one time, depending on size and complexity, with an approx. desired value to be established at the onset of each financial year.
- Efficient project administration: Lead and run status calls with clients, captures minutes, shares recaps, and ensures all documentation is up to date and accessible for the team.
- Brief writing: Gather, analyse & question client briefs and then creates inspiring and rigorous briefs for the internal teams.
- Accuracy of delivery: Reviews all work against all deliverables from the proposal and the client briefs.
- Client primary contact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the program lifecycle, ensuring expectations are set and management of the teams internally in the day-to-day.
- Connecting the teams internally & externally: Act as the bridge as well as a point of escalation for clients and team members on projects.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships internally & externally: Anticipate issues before they arise, show an adaptable nature to all challenges, manages expectations at all times, and maintains a clear path to completion through ongoing consistent and transparent communication.
- Project planning: Consult with internal teams and the studio manager to transform the project brief into a project plan, including scheduling, allocation of resources, timeline, and deliverables.
Key Skills:
- Experience: 4 years or more of consistent experience managing clients in an agency environment.
- Technical Skills – Project management software tools: Google Suite (Documents, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Gantt Chart Software (such as Team Gantt, Smartsheet), project management tools (such as Flook, Macronomy, Pegasus, Paprika etc.), workflow management tool (such as Float).
- Effective verbal & written communication: strong listening skills; probe to understand further where clarity is needed.
