A brand consultancy & full service creative transformation agency, renowned as university brand and reputation specialists and working with a diverse range of corporate clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Working alongside the wider account management team, you will manage the relationship between the client and the agency.
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the client account, including keeping accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions through creation of contact reports & status reports.
- Develop effective working relationships with client contacts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and fostering strong and trusted relationships.
- Support CS team with ad hoc tasks as per client requirements.
Key Skills:
- 1+ year experience in a marketing or agency setting (desirable not essential)
- Personable and approachable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people
- Proficient in MS office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A open and positive outlook
