Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and drive exceptional results.
  • Oversee the seamless execution of projects through the creative studio, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Lead conceptual campaign briefs, contribute to creative ideation, and align creative output with strategic business objectives to maximize impact.
  • Motivate and guide teams, managing workflow, deadlines, and studio resources efficiently to maintain productivity and excellence.
  • Track project budgets, control costs, and report on campaign activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
