Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of the brand, experience, and/or communication phases of work and to stay alongside both the client and project team to ensure the work continues to develop in the right way.
- Remain alongside development of creative for projects (where you have led the strategy) following core strategy phase, reviewing work in and contributing to internal work sessions across naming, copywriting, design, and art direction with other key team members
- Work on up to 3 projects at any given time, independently or in support of the Strategy Director.
- Also input to new business development and define the strategic approach to any projects you lead.
- Identifying robust evidence, both research, data and analysis to support brand strategy and build effective insights.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years experience in a strategy role within a brand or creative agency.
- Exposure and experience across relevant sectors such as hospitality, placemaking, retail, transport and technology.
- Proven ability to facilitate discussion with and present ideas to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Awareness and understanding of the luxury market, consumer, regional and global trends and the factors that affect and advise our clients and their brands.
- Excellent researcher, able to deliver considered competitor research, audience analysis and reflect on key insights and observations to support creative development and client understanding.
