Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of projects from briefing to completion, reporting to a senior member of the Client Services team. Taking ownership and looking for additional responsibilities and projects that build your skillset.
  • Owning the upfront project planning to create SOWs and associated budgets, manage NDAs, create resourcing plans, and project timelines based on key activities.
  • Work within the commercial framework and reporting processes to manage project finances including budget control, tracking income weekly as well as day-to day financial management such as raising PO’s, job numbers and invoicing.
  • Manage resourcing for the team and external suppliers weekly in line with budgets.
  • Chair weekly meetings internally to ensure teams are aware of key actions for the week, maintain an overview of the project and team, and provide a high level of quality control for the project team.

Key Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience with a leading strategic and creative agency in the branding or employer branding space and would have worked on brand or employer brand and EVP projects.
  • Ideally from an Employer Brand, Culture or Global Branding agency or with transferable skills. Attitude and aptitude are key.
  • Experience of working with a range of different clients, and a proven track record of developing brilliant client relationships.
  • A self-starter with an innate curiosity for new ideas and thinking.
  • Someone who continuously seeks to deepen their own understanding and perspectives on brand and culture.
