Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead smaller projects from briefing to completion with minimal oversight. Act as a capable second on larger projects alongside a senior member of the Client Services team.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of how projects should be organised, set up and profitability managed to deliver consistently high quality work.
- Capably own the upfront project planning including crafting proposals, SOWs, client onboarding, resource and deliverable plans.
- Take responsibility for project finances including; budget control, tracking income effectively, managing external and internal resourcing within budget, as well as day-to day financial management such as raising PO’s, job numbers and invoicing.
- Drive the day-to-day management of projects from kick-off to completion, proactively planning and delivering on client expectations, chairing internal and external meetings, managing actions, keeping project teams on track and providing a high level of quality control.
- Immerse into each client’s business and accurately identify client needs and drivers, establishing solid client relationships, and growing accounts organically.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years ideally from an Employer Brand, Culture or Global Branding agency or with transferable skills. Attitude and aptitude are key.
- Experience of working with a range of different clients, and a proven track record of developing brilliant client relationships.
- Track record of independently managing smaller projects without day-to-day oversight.
